22 May Giorgos’s Baptism With an Into The Woods Theme

For months we were planning Giorgos’s baptism with his mom, Anna…. she wanted this day to be very special and unique. To have the most beautiful photos to look at when he grows up!!!!

Initially, we at Happy Events suggested the theme, which was unique and original. We designed the baptism invitation and, for favors, wooden dreamcatchers with his name and many different ribbons with feathers and chocolate dragées. The colors were earthy beige and blue, combined with mint green, resulting in a very sweet outcome.

The baptism was held at the Holy Church of Saint Nektarios in Aegina. At the baptistery, two flower stands full of flowers decorated the area, making the whole space smell fragrant. The candy bar featured two jars with fresh, cool lemonade from the lemon forest of Poros Troizinia and ice-cold water. The table was decorated with every kind of sweet in the baptism’s colors, so beautiful that one would think they were fake…. We also decorated a table where we placed the guest book, in which guests, besides wishes, wrote their best impressions of the baptism.
