27 Sep Clam and Mermaid Themed Baptism at Agios Sostis, Aegina

In the beautiful parish of Perdika at Agios Sostis, Nikos and Aphrodite chose to baptize their “little mermaid” among relatives and friends. The decoration was nautical and island-style with clams, shells, mermaids, and starfish. Balloons couldn’t be missing. We created two mermaid structures joined by a very beautiful arch where we wrote the child’s name. The candy bar was decorated with cupcakes featuring mermaid tail designs in the baptism’s colors. The colors we suggested were mint in contrast with the very girly pink, with touches of sea-turquoise blue. The favor was a white clam on stone.
